Installed screen reader plugin on my site but audio does not work. I checked in the manual that there could be conflict in .htacces or the permissions of the path to the file changed by AdminTools Akeeba. I tried to make some changes, but to no success.I contacted the website hosting support and they informed me that the file in question is already open to the Internet, but still not working. I ask support to solve this problem. The server is a linux machine. Thank you.

Hi to everybody,

i bought few days ago screen reader and i have a same problem. Contrast buttons work fine, but audio button are not accessible. Even volume slider doesn't change if i click on it. The php file reported on the manual seems to me accessible.
Please need help!
