Paypal button image missing Karma: 0  
I have installed and enable the free version of Instant Paypal. I have inserted the code as instructed in an article but the image for the Paypal button is missing.

Hello,

this happens because the language code is wrong and supported by paypal (en_CA)
This image is not available on Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/en_CA/i/btn/btn_cart_SM.gif
and should be https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/btn_cart_SM.gif
