paypal page did not automatically return back to downlaod page. Karma: 0  
Hi team, I have come across a minor issue. after user click pay button finished the payment process, the page land to paypal summary page. but it does not automatically return back to download page. I don't know if the configuration in URL section is not correct (see attached file). would much appreciated if someone can assist on this. cheers Roy

Hello Roy,

Normally this should depend on the PayPal settings for the account not for plug n settings in Joomla.

You can di a quick search, PayPal has an option to activate auto return.

Hi John, thanks for the reply.

I have checked the in Payapl setting, you are right there is setting for auto return.

the initial setting in my profile was setup as Auto Return on. see the attached. but the auto return is not working, please help. cheers

hi team, just try to make my question more clear, I added the following diagram. the paypal process stop at Thank You Page, user have to click Return to like to get 10seconds Page.

I need to make Thank You Page automatically return to the 10seconds Page.

Roy,

it seems normal to me, this is how Paypal works.... after payment you are redirected in 10 seconds or clicking the link. I don't think that Paypal can change this for you
