Hello,

no it's not a bug, it looks more like a different kind of issue, maybe cache, misuse or conflict.

By the way use the latest version 1.2 of the plugin and ensure that the syntax is correct like this:

{instantpaypal}productname=myproduct{/instantpaypal}
