Worked fine in free but not Pro Karma: 0  
Had pay button working fine in the free version, uninstalled that for the paid version and now I get the following error message before the buttons:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." />

Have included screen grab.....

Also, what is the method for putting it into a module?

Hi Jeff,

it's due to the order of plugins, in particular the Joomla plugin for email cloak.
Try to disable and it will fix, the right order should be having first the email cloak plugin.

To embed buttons inside modules you need to use the classic Joomla syntax for
{loadposition ...}
