Strange behaviour in terms of quanity. Customer orders 2 items, pays for 2, but order history shows only 1 although the amount show correctly (all other order correct).

Any idea what could have caused this?

Take care,

that's not the total quantity of items. That's the number of different products in the sale cart.

The quantity of each product is visible inside the order details.
