How to turn off HTML emails 4 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0  
John, many of our emails are being rejected becuase of thier HTML content.

How can I select email to be sent in Text rather than HTML (usual Joomla standard)?

Hi Cliff,

that can't be done, notification emails require HTML formatting by default.

All you can try to do is remove some contents that could result suspicious for SPAM filters and check sender address, AFAIK HTML makes no difference on this matter.
