Want to configure Instant Paypal Pro Shop to only show products to Registered Users. I have made products and rather than making public I have set the access level to Registered. But the products are still showing up in public not sure whats going on.

Use the 'Access' field for products and categories. And obviously ensure that there is no caching and that you are logged out in frontend. It's the same as a regular Joomla article.
