The title, description and image that is chosen to be shared is not managed by the plugin.

This is chosen by the social network based on the meta informations on your page if any,
for example to control the image you need to use microformats such as that supported by Facebook:
<meta property='og:image' content='http://mysite.com/images/ogsiteimage.png'/>
