I have setup my Google+ app without a problem.

When clicking on the Google+ login button of the Instant Facebook Login form, I am asked which Google account I want to use, then grant permissions. Once granted, the system goes back to the website home page (the login form module is enabled on all pages of the site) but I am still not logged in.
The Facebook integration work well, on the other end.

Is there a well known issue with Google integration?

no not known issue are present for Google integration. But reasons of a missed login vary and normally an error message should be visible if any.

I am able to log on your demo site.
Unfortunately, I have no such luck on my site and I have no error messages.

This means that there are some misconfigurations or side issues on your website that prevent the Google login.

FYI, I have the same problem with Twitter.
It goes through the whole process but ends up not logging in.
I will keep looking a while and contact you if I don't make progress.

It is just that there are not that many parameters that I can 'mess up' in your extension and I don't think misconfiguration is the issue. I followed your video tutorials (Google + is a bit outdated though) so this should be fine also (I would get errors otherwise anyway).

Therefore it seems to be a site issue but I just can't put my finger on it...

I agree with you, but it looks like the module is skipped when the Google/Twitter redirect back. I guess that the IFBLogin module has assignments set as 'On all pages' based on what you said before, so this is weird.

Of course there could be some third party extensions/plugins interfering with this process. In this case that should be identified.

Only a suggestion for Twitter: try to set 'No' the parameter visible below and check if it fixes.
