Hi John

I noticed that the Facebook login on my web site isn't working but Twitter works fine.

I don't think it is a problem with the app, but I thought that I should send it to you for your comment. If it is a hosting issue, would you please let me know what I should tell them?

Hi Stephanie,

this FB error means that the IP address of your server hosting has been banned by Facebook, find more in this forum thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-5-unauthorized-source-ip-address

Maybe contacting the hosting they can change or fix it.
