I need some assistance please. I am receiving this error
"User informations not found and retrieved from the social network"

I have tried clearing the browser cache but it seem to not let me clear the error.

it's difficult to guess what could be the problem without a deep analysis.

However try to check following things to understand something more:

1. Try to clear browser cache including cookies and close/reopen the browser
2. Try to change the browser
3. Verify that the FB application is correctly configured and put online
4. Verify that there are no other Joomla plugins/modules including another FB SDk in the page for example with another key
