Do not give permission to create user Karma: 0  
I need the component to only work for the login of existing users.
(But the site allows registration, this is because I use a special registration form, I do not use the fields that the component automatically creates)

This can't be done, the social login is performed for everyone matching an existing user if any or creating a new one.

Can you customize the extension for it? In this case, how much would it cost??

Yes but the only customization that is possible to do, is matching users using the email address.
Thus if the social network email address matches the one used for the existing Joomla user account, the social login will take place otherwise not.
