The user in the Name special characters Karma: 0  
I noticed the following problem: If the user has Arabic, Greek or other non-Latin characters in the social network's Name, the registration passes, but communication with the user Jumla is not established.
This user Joomla user id is set to 0. And he can not enter the site.
How to fix it?

No other users reported a similar issue before.
We will run some tests to investigate and we will release an update if a fix is found and required.

Will you let me know about the results of your tests?

I want to clarify the problem.
For example, a Facebook user with the name of Jessica O'Brien is trying to enter my site through Facebook. Joomla is trying to create a Username Jessica O'Brien and can not create it. As a result, in Social user, such a non-created user is assigned Joomla user id - 0

No sorry but all our tests were successful, UTF-8 names and names including quote ' just register normally in Joomla. That's not the issue.
