  • Knowledge Base: repeatable subform to add topic-based entries with detailed content, allowing the AI to provide accurate answers about products, services, policies and more

  • Q&A Dictionary: repeatable subform to define typical customer questions paired with desired AI answers, ensuring consistent and accurate responses

  • Response Guidelines: configurable forbidden topics, fallback messages for unanswerable questions, link inclusion control and custom additional instructions
