  • New: Gemini AI integration — added full Gemini provider support for text generation and image generation across frontend and backend editor


  • New: AI provider selection in component settings — switch between ChatGPT and Gemini with dedicated API key and model configuration for each provider


  • New: Gemini model selector with support for gemini-2.5-flash, gemini-2.5-pro, gemini-3.1-flash-lite, gemini-3.1-pro-preview and gemini-3-flash-preview (default: gemini-3.1-flash-lite)


  • New: ChatGPT image generation engine rebuilt — migrated from deprecated DALL-E endpoint to gpt-image-1 and gpt-image-2 models with support for edits, variations and generative fill


  • New: dynamic AI provider icon in all editor buttons and modal empty states — ChatGPT or Gemini icon shown automatically based on active provider


  • New: custom prompt textarea in Picture Variants modal — allows guiding variant generation with a user-defined text prompt


  • Fix: variant prompt textarea style adapts to dark/light editor theme


  • Fix: AI model dropdown selection no longer lost when switching between providers in settings


  • Fix: image path after variant selection incorrect in Joomla subfolder installations
