  • Fixed JS minification treating "//" inside an ES6 template literal (backtick string) as the start of a line comment, corrupting or deleting large portions of minified JavaScript that embedded URLs inside template literals

  • Fixed CSS combining converting already valid UTF-8 stylesheet content on some server configurations, corrupting non-ASCII characters (e.g. em dash, multiplication sign) inside content: property values

  • Fixed Images Optimization srcset generation overwriting a lazy-loaded image's placeholder with the real image URL, forcing the browser to download it immediately instead of waiting for the page's own lazy-load logic

  • Fixed Images Optimization writing the generated srcset to the native attribute for lazy-loaded images, which made browsers fetch every responsive candidate immediately regardless of the lazy-load state

  • Fixed Images Optimization not tagging lazy-loaded images for JSpeed's own native lazy-load script, causing the image to never load at all when native JS lazy-loading was enabled together with a template-driven placeholder/data-src pattern

JSpeed 3.2.10 - 18/09/2026

  • Fixed the lazy-load placeholder's own fixed 250x400 size taking precedence over the image's width/height attributes now that it actually stays visible until swapped, causing a layout shift when the real image loaded
