  • Fixed XML sitemap: corrected a timezone bug affecting <lastmod> values for content, where UNIX_TIMESTAMP() incorrectly reinterpreted Joomla's UTC-stored dates according to the MySQL server timezone instead of treating them as literal UTC, causing incorrect lastmod timestamps on servers with a non-UTC database timezone

  • Fixed Google News and RSS feed "recent days" filters: corrected the same timezone mismatch that could cause articles to be incorrectly included or excluded based on their publish date

  • Fixed Open PageRank integration: migrated to the provider's new API endpoint after the old one was fully discontinued, restoring StatsCrop's Rating/Website Rank tiles and the Semrush and Freestats services

  • Fixed Zigstat and Siterankdata SEO Stats services, which had become completely unusable after their data source was permanently shut down; replaced with reliable alternative sources, with improved coverage for small and less popular domains

  • Fixed a timeout issue in the Freestats service on large websites that prevented content analysis, links and meta tags from being detected

  • Fixed the Hypestat website screenshot and summary text, and a display issue affecting the XRanks organic traffic stat

  • Various accuracy and display improvements across the SEO Stats services

  • Google Custom Search JSON API is being discontinued: the Google indexing tester, keyword ranking, SEO Stats indexed pages count and the AI Content Generator Google source now run on Serper, SerpApi and Brave Search API

  • New "Search results service" option to choose the search provider, with automatic fallback to the other providers when a service fails or its quota is exhausted

  • New dedicated ApiKey fields for Serper, SerpApi and Brave Search API, with built-in key pools used in random order and exhausted keys temporarily skipped

  • Search results are now cached for 12 hours to reduce API usage and speed up repeated searches

  • Indexing tester language and country filters now work independently from the content languages installed in the site and are adapted to each search provider

  • Updated JoomGallery 4 integration with images view priority in the SEF routes and updated data sources wizard

  • Redesigned the Google Search Console authentication as a modern 3-step wizard

  • Removed an unnecessary Google query executed when pinging a sitemap to Google

  • Fixed PHP 8.4 deprecation warnings in the bundled Google API, Guzzle and Monolog libraries (Joomla 6)
