- Added a Google Consent Mode v2 setup check that warns when Google domains are still blocked, which prevents Consent Mode from running.

- Added an option to display the "Reject all" button with the same prominence as "Accept all" on the first layer, in line with EDPB and CNIL guidance on refusing as easily as accepting.
