Good day Support

I just purchased and installed this component to my client's Joomla 3.5 website and now I keep on getting this error message on both front and backend when trying to access the site:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Very frustrated at the moment...please assist URGENTLY!
