Good day,

looks weird that the problem is related to this plugin JRedirects. It looks more like a server issue,

By the way to understand if the plugin is the problem, connect by FTP and delete the plugin folder completely:

root/plugins/system/jredirects

If that's the problem your website will start to work again, if not it means that the problem is on server side so you have to contact the hosting provider.
