Hi Phil,

firstly i moved your post to the proper JRedirects forum.

I think so, probably a partial database restoration of Akeeba backup indeed it looks that it has preserved the JRedirects tables BUT not the JRedirects extension record to have it installed in Joomla.
So reinstalling it results in a new clean installation with duplicated queries.
As long as it's now installed everything should be fine again.
