I have JRedirect installed on my Joomla 3.6.4 website.
I have a current URL which is:
https://www.domainname.com/parentmenuitem/childmenuitem

I want to remove the parentmenuitem from the URL so I went to the meun item edition page and removed the parent menu from the menu item. The menu item is then now at the menu root level. My URL is now:
https://www.domainname.com/childmenuitem

However JRedirect didn't create a redirect for this action so I had to create it manually in .htaccess for not losing my trafic. I have lots of URL to change the same way, am I doing something wrong or is there a bug in jRedirect?
