I don't think i could do something even having an access. Probably there is some third party extensions preventing the normal Joomla 404 page to be thrown and so to be catched by jredirects. Because i think you have multilanguage with Josetta that could be the problem. It would be useful if you could try it on a clean Joomla install or removing it on a clone of your website.
