Hi,
you can't and not sure why you want. This is not something related to the plugin or to a parameter, this is a default feature of the AMP format and scripts to manage responsive elements: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/blob/master/spec/amp-html-layout.md

Thanks for your fast Feedback.
my Problem is this: http://www.sylt-tv.com/jugendfeuerwehr-westerland-einsatz-flugzeugunglueck-2910161.html/amp

The small arrow is too big or i must deactivatet the responsive images, but then looks the other Images ugly.

Because in your case you can't use responsive AMP images for everything.

1. Activate responsive elements only for certain images
2. Exclude responsive images for certain elements such as the arrow, there is the parameter for this as visible below where you can specify CSS selectors for non responsive images.
