width="100%" error Karma: 0  
when i run a page through google's amp test it comes back with an error stating that 100% is an invalid width.. all my images have responsive attributes and i thought amp supported this?

No this is expected, the AMP format wants size for images set as explicit values and not % percentage as you have: width="75%"

A quick workaround could be activating the following plugin parameter to override images width/height.
