it's explained in the PDF docs and in the popover of the JAmp parameters.
You can call 1 module in the footer or more than 1 module based on template positions, and to include 1 module only you must specify:

1. the module name exactly as is in Joomla from the list
2. the module title exactly as is named in the backend modules list from the list

To include all modules assigned to a template position.

1. the template position
2. leave empty
