Hi John,
apologies for disturbing again ... but I now have 39 amp pages found by google (of the fourty something so far found) that have this warning. I don't know in what way I should exclude this extension because on a few pages apparently it is used. Hope you have a solution?

Hi Willemijn,

don't worry about that it's only a warning not an error. I will include an auto fix for this warning in the next release.
For the moment you can disable the form inclusion if you want or if you don't use it.
