Cant Update JAmp Karma: 0  
Hello,

i have an active subsciption (just bough JAmp a week ago), have the email configured in the plugin but i get this error when i try to update the plugin:

???

Hello,

ensure that the plugin is published when updating it and that the Joomla installer has not issues with folder permissions when installing extensions.
If you have difficulties to update it with the Joomla updater, simply download and install the package normally to update.
