As you know each AMP url ends with the '/amp' suffix. When a component/view page has the AMP version available the link is submitted to Google using the proper meta tag that you see in the page source such as

<link href="https://www.makeitactive.com/design-services/235-design-services/amp" rel="amphtml" />
The AMP sitemap using JSitemap can be submitted too, that won't hurt.
You can test your AMP pages on Google at this test link:

JAmp has the debug mode that allows you to do the test directly using the bottom toolbar.
