Can you tell me how you got those links?

Is this a setting in the config for your sitemap extension?

Also, this 'correct' configuration of SEF links, how do I make sure mine is correct? And what should those settings be?

I was able to add both my English and Finnish sitemaps now. Using the link format you gave.

But for the future I would like to know what I did wrong. etc.
