Hello,
configuration I have disabled the expansion folder.
But when I go to look at the sitemap all menus are open
How to solve?

Hello,

the problem is due to javascript and jquery library script that is missing.

Ensure that the parameter to load jQuery is enabled as in the image attached, if it's enabled the problem is probably due to the compression and zip of the scripts active on your site: http://www.milleeunaperlina.com/media/vpframework/optimized/gzip/d5378a1f8955e5d2b0978ab5a38ae36b.js

jQuery is required to control the open/close state of the sitemap folders

my model uses jquery.
If I enable jsitemap do not create a conflict?

No i don't think that a conflict may happen also because your site is bult with Joomla 3 and jQuery is loaded as by default by JSitemap.
At the moment i looked inside the compressed file and jQuery is included after the script for the sitemap tree, that's the reason it's not working http://www.milleeunaperlina.com/media/vpframework/optimized/gzip/d5378a1f8955e5d2b0978ab5a38ae36b.js
