Hi

Started using HTTPS and followed your suggestions.

Went to http site - search engines meatinfo and exported
changed all links to https
Went to https site - search engines metainfo and imported

Got a message saying import successful but all the boxes are still empty ?

Any suggestions?

Hi

Probably there is a mistake somewhere so links didn't match when importing it.
Check carefully the domain and links.

Not sure how there could be mistake?
exact form as exported just added "s" to http and imported

I don't know, the only required condition is that links in the csv are the same of the sitemap/metainfo and the csv has a correct format as the one exported. No import = no match between links.
Check if the error is not the mismatching of www/not-www in the domain and that you accessed the https backend accordingly before reimporting data.

Problem solved thank John.

Seems csv flle was edited using excel and added invalid characters.

So use the right editor to edit your file
