Hi,

It's enough that you create a new record in the Pingomatic list pointing to the main menu item linking to the AdsManager ads list.
Normally it's enough that you ping it once, if you want you can ping that link again every 2-3 months. For more informations about Pingomatic refer to the PDF docs at the paragraph 'Ping-O-Matic web service integration'
