Our customer's support team includes several servants belonging to the same group in Joomla and those should be shown to quests as a one customer servant. Is this possible? Could also be fine, it customer servant would be able to see if some other servant is already chatting with the customer. What they indeed need, is a generic support chat, where quest is able to start chat and the quickiest customer servant can anwser the call.
They also needs to integrate chat in there web shop, which is not the same system where chat is installed. I'm wondering if they are able to run chat in that site loading the files from Joomla?
