hi,

I have created a user (cliente) and assigned him to the Registered and Clienti User Group in the Joomla backend.

I have create three Rooms that are assigned to Registered

However the rooms are not showing on the side bar on the front end when (cliente)is logged in.

What am I doing wrong?

Cliente access levels = Registered and Clienti
Chat access levels = Registered
Enable cache = NO

Hi,

usually this kind of issue are due to incorrect settings of the Joomla groups and ACL, or to session/cache of Joomla and the chat application.

Try to logout/login from Joomla and ensure that the chat cache is disabled, this should refresh the chatrooms list.
If you still don't see the chatrooms the problem must be in the ACL assignments.

the session/cache of joomla is OFF - disabled
before to write previous message I have do some logout and login and checked the ACL assignements.

hi mauro,

i tried to login to your website, but if i'm right the problem is completely different.
The public chat is not showed at all, it looks disabled. The chatrooms require that the public chat is enabled in the top part of the chat.
