hi,

I have created a user (cliente) and assigned him to the Registered and Clienti User Group in the Joomla backend.

I have create three Rooms that are assigned to Registered

However the rooms are not showing on the side bar on the front end when (cliente)is logged in.

What am I doing wrong?

Cliente access levels = Registered and Clienti
Chat access levels = Registered
Enable cache = NO
Cache lifetime(minutes) = 0

Acl Live support mode:
Amministrazione
Commerciale
Direzione Operativa

Acl joomla:
