Hi,

i'm not sure what you mean, it's too generic.
If you enable the live support mode and choose a user group in the dropdown, then users beloging to that user group will be able to login in the Joomla frontend and chat with guest visitors.
Guest visitors won't be able to chat with each other.
This means that you can't use the normal chat + live support mode at the same time.
