Hallo

First: Really Great Work, this Chat System, with so many possibilities, configs, etc.

Now my Problem, maybe a question of config, but i cant find.

The Ticket sender must give the email adress, thats ok
But i dont want to send a mail with his input to him automatically, because of the spam risk
Is there a config to stop that or a workaround?
