John, thank you for your quick response.

Maybe there is a misunderstanding. The deciding to use the chat or not should be made by user, not by me.
So my idea is, that if i logged into the website the chat is offline by default. Then every user want to use the chat can turn it on.

Hope that's a little bit more understandable.
