Error in console: jrealtimeBaseURI is not defined Karma: 0  
Hi,

My site is: www.techstorybook.com

Im getting the following error in the browser console:

stream.js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: jrealtimeBaseURI is not defined http://www.techstorybook.com/modules/mod_news_pro_gk5/cache/k2.items.cache.ba0166c7a50d96eb270097f3f911e08a_XLnsp-887.jpg Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please help me resolve this.
Further, i think the site performance has taken a hit after installing the extension. Please tell me any tweaks to resolve the same. Rest the extension is working fine as of now.

Hi,

ensure that you have not other plugins installed that are introducing js errors also affecting the jrealtimeBaseURI variable. It must be defined and visible in the raw HTML source code.

About performance you can decrease the server load using the parameter 'Frontend server load' in the component configuration. Also see here: http://storejextensions.org/faq/does-the-component-consume-server-resources-when-active.html
