when I activate JRealtime Analytics comes the error message "Class 'JRealtimeHelpersDevice' not found" on all Pages in the Frontend.

Hi,

if you recently upgraded to the latest release, try to check that all files have been copied correctly.
Using an FTP client check if the following file is in place:

root/administrator/components/com_jrealtimeanalytics/framework/helpers/device.php

Hi John,

I'm having a similar issue. It is directly causing at least three key pages to not load, initially throwing HTTP 500 errors, and now 404 errors due to some changes the host made. These are the logged error messages:

Hi Saboor,

assuming that you are already using JRealtime latest version 3.2 on Joomla 3, install the plugin zip package attached to definitely fix this issue.
