i'll go to add the parameter to exclude multiple ranges, so to have max flexibility.

John, the location associated by ip address is almost 99 % correct.
But this range : 206.53.152.26 is associated with code AP - this ip range ( 0 - 255 ) belongs to the BlackBerry Network in Canada.

Correct should be : 206.53.152.0 - 255 CA
