I cannot make this extension "read" greek phrases although it is declared as a supported language. In the same site the english phrases are being read normally. See below:

Also, is there any combination for the access keys?
At last, is there any way to choose between male and female voice?

about the first question, this is expected because the Screen Reader is a plugin integrated with the Joomla multilanguage and assumes the frontend language as the language of the text on the page, see this FAQ http://storejextensions.org/faq/may-i-use-mixed-language-contents-or-google-translate-with-the-screen-reader.html

Access keys can be customize under plugin settings if needed, on Windows/Chrome usually the combination is ALT+SHIFT+access key

The voice is served automatically by Google Translate speech, it can't be selected male/female.
