Hi, it's explained in the PDF docs and in the popover of the parameters for the sidebar.
You can call 1 module in the sidebar and you must specify:

1. the module name exactly as is in Joomla or filesystem, for example mod_menu or menu, mod_custom or custom, etc
2. the module title exactly as is named in the backend modules list, including case sensitive characters, for example Main Menu
