I looked at your sitemap for images, it contains links in this form:
http://www.techvalue.net/index.php/en/home/224-oppo-r1s-outed-with-lte-and-faster-chipset
and this for images:
http://www.techvalue.net/images/specs-img/mark_techvalue_0912223.png
but both don't seem to be blocked by rules in your robots.txt
I can't see any disallow that blocks these urls.
I think your robots.txt is the default Joomla and you don't have changed anything isn't right?
Another question, are you using Admin Tools?
