Hello,

this is a problem due to Joomla that is not able to copy component files during installation phase.

Ensure that the 'tmp' folder is correctly set in Joomla configuration and that permission are set properly.
Otherwise Joomla won't be able to copy and install any of the extensions you need.

From the folder paths i assume you are running IIS server instead of Apache, so Joomla usually has known problem on IIS.
