Hi,
I am having an issue with setting up Live Support. I have everything set up but when someone logs in, the sidebar disappears after a second and never comes back up. Also the "Auto open agent chatbox" does not seem to be working although it is enabled.

I have the enterprise version running on Joomla 2.5. Any help would be appreciated.
