To add to John's comments, I used an .htaccess file I found on the internet to help keep spammers and idiots out of my site since I do not have open registration. I use my site to promote my DJ company and as a client portal, so my intent was to ensure the site is locked down as tight as I could get it, hence, using the file I found for .htaccess with this "issue".

John has been very helpful in getting this sorted and site is 100% operational. He even help me sort out some other issues with my site and fielded requests to make better use of this plugin for my personal preferences.

It is one of the best $$$ I've spent on my site and he is very helpful, don't hesitate to buy if you really need a non responsive site to be responsive, this plugin passed my failing site with Google and is very easy to work with once you get the hang of how the modules section works.
