Hi.

Its not possible to drag the modules up or down.???

The drag 'n' drop is available only for module instances assigned directly to a Responsivizer template position, such as that 'Main menu' module.

Hi.

Live site is deroma.dk

How can i have the content listed on top on cellphone (pos-7 in joomla) below the main content? But still in pos-7 in joomla still.

Hi,
it depends on the module positions associations. The position-7 by default is mapped to the 'responsivizer_left' that is before main content. You can change the associations to 'responsivizer_right' or below positions. The positions mapping of Responsivizer is visible below.

The menu module must have an active instance for example assigned to the position 'responsivizer_menu_top' or 'responsivizer_menu'. Refer to the PDF docs at the paragraph 'Mobile menu management' for more info.
